Specific equipment is to test the fatigue and impact the performance of carbon fiber frames, forks, rims, handlebars, stems, and seat posts. Top-Fire tests to all recognized international standards (EN, JIS, ISO, GB, and so on) and its internal factory standards which are more crucial than international regulations. Finite element analysis, stress testing, and engineering, all these works are invested to develop prototypes, despite the expense and manufacturing time. Top-Fire also recognized that laboratory test is only part of the picture. That is why Top-Fire has kept a close relationship with several professional teams and individual champion athletes, who provide real-world performance tests of Top-Fire products and develop data from the field of the professional race. At present, there are about 180 workers in our carbon rim factory and about 150 workers in our carbon frame factory. Our current production capacity is: carbon frame ---> 2000 sets/month carbon fork ---> 3500 pcs/month carbon rim ---> 5000 pcs/month carbon wheel ---> 1200 pairs/month Carbon Fiber Wheel Rim Test Report Rim UCI Impact Test This test simulates the impact a rim may face during extreme riding conditions. With the rim set up without spokes, a vertical free-fall impact is applied directly to the spoke hole area, in accordance with UCI standards. Result: The rim withstood the repeated impacts without cracks or structural damage, fully meeting UCI certification requirements. Rim Positive Rigidity Test Rigidity testing evaluates how the rim responds when subjected to vertical loads. In this test, the rim was mounted on a machine and gradually loaded with forces of 10 kg, 20 kg, and 30 kg. The corresponding deformation was measured at each stage, and the stiffness values were calculated. Result: The rim achieved an average rigidity of 197.3 N/mm. The rim maintained stable stiffness across different loads, ensuring excellent responsiveness and stability for high-performance riding. Walking Fatigue Test The walking fatigue test simulates long-term riding conditions to evaluate rim durability under repeated impact. In this test, the rim was run at a constant speed of 40 km/h while the tire struck obstacles measuring 10 mm in height and 50 mm in width. The setup included a load of 64 kg, a swing angle of 5°, and tire pressure at 90% of the maximum rating. Over the course of the test, the rim experienced approximately 900,000 continuous impacts. Result: After 12 hours and 58 minutes of testing, covering a distance of 535 km, the rim showed no abnormalities in its structure, tire mounting area, or outer circle. These res...
